The sizes of the seams of common LCD splicing screens are 3.5mm, 1.7mm, 0.88mm, etc. Although the seams of LCD splicing screens cannot really disappear, the width of the gaps can still be reduced through technical means, achieving an almost "invisible" effect visually.

Ultra-narrow Frame Design

By optimizing the internal structure of the LCD screen and using thinner packaging materials, the physical frame width of the screen is compressed to less than 1mm. In this way, the seam width of adjacent screens can be controlled within a small range. When viewed from a distance, the seam is almost invisible, and the overall picture is close to continuous. With a narrower frame, the sense of division when the whole screen is displayed will also be reduced accordingly.

LED Compensation For Missing Frame

The core of this technology is to use LED to compensate for the liquid crystal frame, that is, to add an LED transparent light-emitting device to the frame of the LCD splicing screen. When the screen is playing the picture, the device will display the image synchronously, thereby making up for the lack of the liquid crystal frame and restoring the image completely. The picture blocked by the liquid crystal is restored by the LED device, thereby eliminating the seam.

Optical Glass Refracts Images

This technology relies on optical principles. A layer of optical glass is covered on the surface of the LCD splicing screen. When light is irradiated, it will refract the image, making the original border disappear visually, thus achieving the effect of border disappearance.
