World's Smallest OLED Pixel Born, Only 300 Nanometers

On October 21, a domestic semiconductor company launched the world's first mass-produced Micro LED display screen adopting glass-based pixel-level integrated packaging technology.According to reports, the display screen directly integrates RGB pixels on a glass substrate. By applying ultra-precision semiconductor technology on ultra-flat glass, the size of the main chip is reduced to less than 50 microns, achieving an extremely compact packaging size. This can effectively promote the commercialization of Micro LED in ultra-high-definition scenarios such as home theaters, high-end commercial displays, and digital art exhibitions.
